Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical guidance and support to customers
Partner with Account Manager to discover customer priorities and needs
Recommend and develop appropriate customer solution offerings
Ensure customer success by leveraging Cisco and partner resources
Act in a consultative fashion and be a trusted technical adviser by partners and customers
Build relationships and discovery across all relevant technology teams in a customer
Identify opportunities and define solution options
Articulate Cisco’s differentiation and the benefits of proposed solutions
Develop and execute proof-of-concept/proof-of-value
Create a technical account plan while influencing the overall account plan
Advocate for customers through adoption and operation of Cisco solutions

Required

Located in New York City or New York City Metro area with the ability to be onsite as needed
5+ Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings required
5+ Pre-Sales experience required

Preferred

CCNP, CCDP, VCP, or similar vendor certification preferred
Excellent presentation skills – ability to deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on Data Center, Cloud, and/or AI topics
