This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling, along with the ability to lead solution design and drive end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO solution design, configuration, and deployment
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP FICO solutions
Configure and support:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders
Product Costing & Variance Analysis
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Design and implement financial controls, validations, and compliance processes
Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, SD) to ensure seamless integration
Support S/4HANA Finance initiatives including data migration and process optimization
Troubleshoot complex financial postings and reconciliation issues
Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and offshore teams
Prepare functional specifications and support testing, UAT, and go-live activities
Qualification
Required
12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance
Deep understanding of costing, controlling, and financial close processes
Experience working in high-volume transactional environments
Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP, and SD
Experience with CO-PC, CO-PA, settlement, allocations, and assessments
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to lead discussions with finance leadership and business users
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with S/4HANA Finance transformation projects
Exposure to New GL, Universal Journal, and migration activities
SAP FICO certification(s)
Experience working in complex, multi-entity environments
Prior experience leading SAP FICO workstreams
