Responsibilities
Verify and audit documents for accuracy; cross-check numerical data against reports
Prepare document batches for data entry and imaging
Process and track various forms, mail, and transactions to ensure timely and accurate handling
Respond to written inquiries, correspondence, and requests
Prepare, reconcile, and maintain reports for management and clients
Collect and verify data to process vouchers, billings, and other documentation
Expedite the processing of checks, invoices, and related transactions, following up as needed to meet client standards and SLAs
Handle confidential company and client data in compliance with policies and guidelines
Perform administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and typing forms or labels
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
2–3 years of experience in provider enrollment, medical billing, credentialing, or related healthcare administration
Strong understanding of provider enrollment processes and requirements with excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in data entry and basic office tools
