Program Support Analyst

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, gathering and documenting customer requirements to support program planning and execution
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, technical, and operational staff, to coordinate program activities and share critical updates
Assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts and related documents in compliance with organizational policies and federal regulations
Draft, document, and maintain clear and actionable program requirements aligned with customer needs and business objectives
Monitor program progress and performance metrics, track milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
Create and maintain documentation such as status reports, meeting notes, performance dashboards, and risk mitigation plans
Support continuous process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending workflow improvements
Use Microsoft Office and program management tools to create, manage, and track project documentation and reports
Contribute to stakeholder briefings and assist with presentation development as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Two to four years of experience in a program analyst, business analyst, or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
Experience drafting or reviewing contracts, agreements, or other formal documentation
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, identify gaps, and develop clear requirements and action plans
High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with program or project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Preferred
Experience supporting program or project management in a government or federal contracting environment
Knowledge of procurement and federal contracting processes
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
