Responsibilities

Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team, ensuring that the team understands the overall program contract / goals and are clear on individual and team performance expectations
Work with the Customer Focus Team to meet on time delivery commitments (OTC and OTR)
Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction through the Plexus' 5Es and Plexus Core Values
Drive operational excellence in the Customer Focus Team through visual operational metrics and a focus on Continuous Improvement, cost and quality
Exhibit a working knowledge of the program’s financial metrics, participate in periodic financial reviews to deliver program cost and margin goals
Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential

Required
