Responsibilities
Lead a team of SoC engineers, ensuring milestone achievement and on-time delivery to various teams
Drive RTL design and coding for multiple sections of the SoC using Verilog and SystemVerilog
Architect and integrate SoC around key components, interfaces, and IPs
Contribute to silicon debug and provide product support as needed
Collaborate across teams to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Minimum of 15+ years of experience including 3-5 years in a team leadership role
Proven expertise in RTL design, Verilog, and SystemVerilog
Experience with low-power methodologies and power analysis, including UPF/CLP flows
Familiarity with synthesis, static timing analysis, DFT, CDC/RDC checks, ECO flows, and related documentation
Knowledge of physical design and verification methods
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation and methodology improvement
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
