Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams and establish meaningful working relationships to ensure collaboration and consistency with data sharing and reporting
Gather and analyze data from various sources, including, but not limited to, web analytics, customer feedback, business performance, and competitive research, to identify patterns and trends
Compile data into forecasts, reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to collaborators across the organization
Leverage insights to drive improvements in customer and user experiences across multiple channels, providing strategic recommendations and committed solutions
Monitor performance of promotions, campaigns, strategy implementations, updates, and enhancements, ensuring relevant teams are informed and aware
Develop and apply domain expertise to analyses that support strategy for Delta Vacations digital, product, marketing, sales, revenue, finance, customer experience, and reservations and support teams, among others
Deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations to leadership that influence business decisions
Lead projects and serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring and training team members when needed
Independently performs complex, high-impact analysis and applying problem-solving skills to deliver actionable insights
Regularly evaluate processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency
Participate in meetings pertaining to assigned responsibilities; organize and lead as required
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments
Follow all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations
Potential opportunities for domestic and/or international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities or development
Qualification
Required
Candidates for this position may have completion of a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 3-4 years of professional work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Business, Economics, Math or Engineering majors preferred)
Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Four years experience working in Analytics, Strategy, Customer Insights, or similar field
Three years experience with Adobe Analytics and other web analytics tools
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.)
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, SQL, or similar tools
Travel industry experience
