Responsibilities
Overseeing, tracking and managing bookkeeping and accounting using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for multiple clients and projects. Please note we do NOT use QuickBooks—you MUST be comfortable working out of Excel and Google Sheets
Ensuring billing is accurate and timely
Overseeing office financials including monitoring expenses, purchases, and credit cards and handling reconciliation
Handling office operations and management as needed
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Extremely competent with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Microsoft programs, etc
Have continual access to a laptop computer and vehicle and be willing to use and carry a company cellphone
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Feel comfortable and confident in working and handling tasks independently with little to no supervision
Must be open to handling work related issues that may arise in evenings or on weekends
Must be comfortable working with dogs in the office
Bookkeeping experience is required for this role (5+ years strongly preferred)
