Responsibilities
Shape the future of our practice and contribute to the firm’s continued growth
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among attorneys and legal staff
Lead business development efforts, working closely with Firm Founder to grow our practice in different jurisdictions
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging a solid book of business
Ensure the highest standards of legal practice, ethics and client-focused service are upheld
Lead and elevate our lawyers and participate on our Leadership Team
Oversee attorney performance and KPIs. Ensure attorney alignment with Core Values
Develop and enforce accountability measures
Ensure workload is properly distributed, considering expertise and capacity
Handle client communication and satisfaction of work product
Assist with recruiting A-Player attorneys and staff
Qualification
Required
A licensed attorney with at least 10 years' experience in law and in managing people
A natural leader. You take initiative and are not afraid of difficult conversations
Action-oriented with a sense of urgency for accomplishing goals
A clear communicator who speaks plain-English (legalese only when necessary)
Conscientious and highly accountable
A problem solver. You find solutions and improve efficiency
