Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and management of high-quality municipal infrastructure projects, focusing on urban and rural roadways, private land development, water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utilities, as well as site development
Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and community leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and engineering plans
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff and maintain a high-performance, collaborative work environment
Represent the company professionally at various municipal meetings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Idaho, or the ability to obtain it within six months
Minimum of five years of relevant municipal or land development civil engineering experience
Proven project management skills
Solid understanding of local municipal processes and infrastructure needs
Strong communication, presentation, and client-relations skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Knowledge of Boise, ID-area
