They are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer with strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support their engineering team on a variety of land development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed civil site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and roadway designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Develop construction documents, plan and profile sheets, and other project deliverables in coordination with project engineers
Assist with redline revisions and design updates throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, applicable codes, and client requirements
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to maintain project schedules and deliverables
Organize and maintain CAD files, templates, and project documentation
Support quality control processes by reviewing and checking drawings for accuracy and consistency

Required

3+ years of experience in civil site design or land development projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Working knowledge of site grading, utilities, storm drainage, and roadway design

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Associate's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field
