8+ years expAchievers USA is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to lead a CNC manufacturing cell and support production from setup through inspection. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in CNC programming, machining processes, quality control, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities
Program CNC machines using Mazatrol, PartMaker, and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, or similar)
Create, update, and maintain setup sheets, tooling documentation, and SOPs
Lead CNC setups, prove-outs, and ongoing production support
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues and implement continuous improvements
Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and support in-process quality
Support process development, tooling design, and new product introductions
Maintain accurate production data, cycle times, and documentation in ERP systems
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards within the cell
Provide technical leadership and supervision to machinists and technicians
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in a production machining environment
Advanced CNC programming experience (Mazatrol required)
Strong CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, PartMaker preferred)
Expert knowledge of machining methods, cutting tools, and materials
Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection methods
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience in Medical Device or Aerospace manufacturing
Prior cell-lead or supervisory experience
Familiarity with SPC and continuous improvement practices
Engineering degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted
