Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to healthcare stakeholders and internal sales teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions
Design and implement analytics solutions to support sales performance, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales trends, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and sales operations to deliver scalable solutions
Analyze healthcare data (KPIF, Medicare, Medicaid etc.) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks
Provide insights to optimize sales targeting, territory planning, and customer segmentation
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance standards
Support the implementation of CRM systems, data integration platforms, and analytics tools
Deliver presentations to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience in healthcare consulting
Experience in Sales Analytics and Contact Centre (handling data related to contact centers)
A technical inclination is essential, with basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL
