Responsibilities
Account Receivable (phase 1) and Accounts Payable (phase 2) master data
Unification 9 digit Party Management (Stream 1)
Evaluation of Enterprise or CargoWise as system(s) of record
Unify account set-up process with Enterprise process
Unify account naming convention and hierarchy in alignment with Enterprise
Define impacts unification (process, account naming & convention) to legacy systems (such as: CW, E-Trans, Duplex, billing interfaces, reporting)
Develop governance approach for maintenance and management master data party records
Validate, revise enterprise API (match vs. always-create logic) with legacy systems
Review and optimize existing operating model party management
Validate, cleanse, and enrichment Master data Legacy system (Stream 2)
Develop and implement process for cleaning-up master-data in chosen system of record and the downstream applications (AR, AP)
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager with a Financial background
Experience in the logistics industry
Expertise in CargoWise
Experience with Account Receivable and Accounts Payable master data
Ability to evaluate Enterprise or CargoWise as system(s) of record
Experience in unifying account set-up processes with Enterprise processes
Ability to unify account naming convention and hierarchy in alignment with Enterprise
Experience in defining impacts of unification to legacy systems
Ability to develop governance approach for maintenance and management of master data party records
Experience in validating and revising enterprise API with legacy systems
Ability to review and optimize existing operating model for party management
Experience in validating, cleansing, and enriching Master data in Legacy systems
Ability to develop and implement process for cleaning-up master-data in chosen system of record and downstream applications
