3+ years of experience analyzing and managing data, including data visualization, data management, data governance, data strategy, data policy, or data engineering
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate, to help improve business processes and analytics
Experience with automated workflows using Power Automate and developing canvas and model-driven apps
Experience analyzing data to interpret data, identify trends, solve problems and communicate actionable insights using Power BI advanced visualization capabilities
Experience documenting improvements to business processes, workflows, and analytics
Ability to work on client site in the State of Hawaii
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with the Department of War (DoW)
Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Databricks, or SQL for data engineering and Agile
Experience with MS Dataverse
Experience with process improvement approaches and methodologies, including Business Process Reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Process Improvement
Ability to synthesize results and deliver presentations to product owners or stakeholders
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing organizational processes
Secret clearance
Microsoft Certification, including Power Platform Certification
