Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support AI Code Assistant tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, Codex), including onboarding, policy configuration, usage insights, and troubleshooting
Driving vendor collaboration for successful product and feature rollouts
Build automation scripts (Python or Bash) to streamline reporting, data collection, and platform operations
Assist with basic DevOps platform tasks related to GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and similar tools
Monitor usage patterns, adoption metrics, and performance of AI developer tools

Qualification

Required

3–5 years of experience in engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or IT support
Hands on experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar coding assistants
Experience with Linux/Unix administration and Python or Bash scripting for automation
Familiarity with GitHub, Git workflows, and common developer tools
Understanding of REST APIs and ability to use them for queries or reporting tasks
Administer, configure, and support AI Code Assistant tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, Codex), including onboarding, policy configuration, usage insights, and troubleshooting
Driving vendor collaboration for successful product and feature rollouts
Build automation scripts (Python or Bash) to streamline reporting, data collection, and platform operations
Assist with basic DevOps platform tasks related to GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and similar tools
Monitor usage patterns, adoption metrics, and performance of AI developer tools

Preferred

Basic understanding of cloud services or containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.) is a plus
Interest in AI, developer productivity tooling, and automation frameworks
