Outside Sales Representative
PRADCO is a family-owned manufacturer of precision fittings and valves, seeking an Outside Sales Representative to achieve strategic sales goals. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and managing an existing book of business while building relationships with channel partners and promoting product specifications.

Responsibilities
Cultivating contacts with distributors, representatives, and end users
Working with existing distributors
Seeking out new distribution when/where needed
Promoting the specification of products on end-user approved vendor lists
Demonstrating/training distributors and end users on product features and applications
Attending trade shows
Providing market feedback on products, customer concerns, competitive developments, etc
Qualification
Required
5-10 years in the pipe, valve, or fittings industries
BA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in oil and gas, fabrication, compressor companies, or similar technical fields is advantageous, with a mix of both sales and technical expertise
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industry-related terms and technical measurements
Ideal candidates have strong time management skills, a growth mindset, and can independently manage large, complex territories
Resilience and relationship building are key behavioral factors
Outside sales: 5 years (Required)
Technical sales: 5 years (Required)
Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
