Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for SAP PL2PR processes
Configure and support SAP modules related to production planning and procurement
Perform functional configuration, documentation, testing support, and deployment activities
Work on integration points across SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, etc.)
Support production issues, root cause analysis, and defect resolution
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF)
Coordinate with ABAP/technical team for enhancements, interfaces, and reports
Participate in SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and go-live support
Ensure process alignment with standard SAP best practices
Create process flows, configuration documents, and user training materials
Qualification
Required
12+ years of SAP functional experience
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PL2PR processes
Strong experience in SAP modules such as: SAP PP, SAP MM
Integration exposure with SD / FI / CO (plus)
Strong understanding of manufacturing and procurement business processes
Experience in support/implementation projects (end-to-end lifecycle)
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Must be comfortable working onsite in Normal, IL
Preferred
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of QM / PM / EWM integrations
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities
