Responsibilities
Ensure effective overall management of grants through the pre-award and post-award process, including management of several direct reports
Provide quality assurance and controls for all products and deliverables
Review resources to ensure availability to complete all necessary tasks
Serve as direct point of contact for all matters related to grants management tasks, including contract modifications and addressing personnel performance issues
Routinely meet with Government and SEBA personnel to discuss and review requirements, upcoming deliverables and task performance
Ensure that all reporting requirements for the contract are fulfilled by the appropriate deadlines
Track and manage direct reports' performance metrics and time card reporting
Act as liaison between personnel and both SEBA and Government administrative staff
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor or Master's degree in a business field is required
At least five (5) years of experience with successful management of at least five (5) direct reports is required
At least ten (10) years of experience with direct and competitive grants management is required
Excellent and confident verbal, written and presentation communication skills are required
Preferred
Federal experience is preferred
Proven success in a program leadership role including both personnel and task management is preferred
Proficiency in both Microsoft and Google office suites is preferred
