Responsibilities
Lead multiple concurrent domestic and international weapons development contracts for all F‑35 variants
Coordinate with contracts, integration, engineering, planning, scheduling, and customer teams to align project execution
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, status reports, and earned‑value metrics; brief senior leadership and international stakeholders
Identify, analyze, and resolve scope, cost, schedule, and risk issues; drive efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives
Manage proposal baselines, ensure accurate bidding, and oversee contract compliance with government timelines
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in weapons systems
Contract management experience
Multi-disciplinary team leadership experience
Ability to communicate complex technical and financial data to senior international and U.S. government leaders
Proven record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
Collaborative style and analytical mindset
Commitment to continuous improvement
Must be a U.S. citizen
Possess an active Secret clearance to start
Preferred
Strategic weapons experience
Strike, Fighter, or Bomber operational experience
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Strong team builder
