Responsibilities
Define interim and target architectures, roadmaps, and blueprints to help deliver technical products that enable business capabilities for clients
Work on all aspects of architecture including infrastructure, data, application, business architecture, security, resilience, integration, performance and others to build next generation software components
Partner with business sponsors, product owners, engineers and other architects in an agile (scrum) environment to design, test, and implement technology solutions while mentoring engineers throughout the process using architecture standards and guidelines
Work with platform, product and engineering teams to help champion innovation, drive standardization, and deliver modern technology patterns across the technology stack for customers
Drive Fidelity’s architecture vision through contributing to product road maps and influencing business vision
Qualification
Required
Possess working knowledge of insurance and annuities domain
Possess working knowledge of term life insurance underwriting technology platforms and rules engines
Proven track record as a Solution Architect designing and building scalable solutions
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience with various architecture styles such as SOA & Micro-Services
Experience in all aspects of AWS cloud computing environments
Experience with event-driven, serverless architecture, design, and implementation
Experience in full-stack development of N-tiered applications
Experience developing applications using Java / .NET, and Angular
Working knowledge of frameworks like TOGAF & Amazon Well-Architected Framework
Working knowledge of SDLC including test automation and CI / CD
Ability to work both independently and as a team player across organizations
Preferred
AWS Certified Architect Associate or AWS Certified Architect Professional
