Responsibilities

Analyze and present complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning with R&D and business goals
Track and report on performance using dashboards and KPIs, focusing on R&D projects
Work with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams to define requirements and develop analytics solutions
Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping and gap analysis, to improve R&D operations
Provide leadership with performance updates and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure stakeholder alignment on goals and deliverables through effective communication

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, mathematics, or business
Over 5 years of experience in business analytics or data analysis, preferably in R&D environments
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with MS Teams
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams
Proven track record in driving business performance in technical domains

Preferred

Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
Expertise in dashboard creation and KPI tracking
Passion for AI and data-driven solutions in R&D
