Responsibilities
Coordinate and track cross-functional workstreams, action items, and deliverables
Lead and document recurring internal and external stakeholder meetings
Maintain clear communication between Company, tenants, vendors, and project partners
Track requests related to amenities, facilities, SOPs, and vendor services
Proactively identify process or communication gaps and recommend improvements
Independently manage meeting notes, decisions, and follow-ups using SharePoint and MS Office
Qualification
Required
Strong project coordination and multi-stakeholder management experience
Proven consulting experience with large or mid-to-large organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly skilled in real-time meeting documentation and action-item tracking
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience (or equivalent combination)
Preferred
Exposure to construction, utilities, facilities, or site transition projects
Consulting firm background
Local to or near Deerfield, IL (occasional onsite meetings may be required)
