Responsibilities

Implement regional B2C strategies at an operational level, managing third-party B2C Experts and HoReCa sales teams to ensure flawless execution of consumer acquisition and engagement programmes across retail and HoReCa channels
Act as a bridge between strategic direction from the Regional Supervisor and frontline activation, driving compliance, performance, and consumer experience excellence
Monitor third-party B2C Experts, communicate progress, provide feedback, and take corrective measures where necessary. Prepare and deliver reports on achievements
Establish and maintain successful relationships with key retail partners, shop assistants, and B2B representatives, ensuring a robust and functional retail platform for business growth
Onboard, coach and lead team members, focusing on continuous development and supervision. Oversee OJT/FA/coaching processes to track progress and ensure both new and experienced team members reach their full potential
Collaborate closely with Regional Supervisor, COD executive and third-party back-office coordinators to secure essential resources, tools, and training for smooth daily field operations
Translate strategic priorities into actionable field activities tailored to local territory conditions, escalating operational challenges and contributing to process improvements and innovation
Oversee territory performance, setting clear objectives and KPIs, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions to achieve acquisition, conversion, and retention goals
Ensure operational excellence across retail, HoReCa, and other platforms, optimising route planning, resource allocation, and maintaining brand integrity at all touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure digital platforms, reporting systems, and training for B2C Experts, enabling high-quality execution
Supervise and develop the skills and competencies of the B2C Experts teams, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and development plans are in place and implemented
Drive consumer experience standards, upholding benefit-led conversations and the consistent application of CX principles across all interactions
Uphold integrity and compliance by adhering to PMI policies and procedures, maintaining safety and security standards, and ensuring all activities meet legal requirements regarding smoking prevention

Qualification

B2C salesField sales experienceFMCG backgroundMS Office proficiencyLocal languageEnglish languageCoaching skillsRelationship management

Required

High school diploma is mandatory, Bachelor's degree would be considered a plus
Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales within FMCG, banking, or telecommunications
Proficiency in English and the local language; Albanian language would be considered a plus in certain geographies
Advanced skills in MS Office
Driving licence with at least 2 year of active driving experience

Preferred

Sales experience across multiple channels (KA, GT, HoReCa, etc.) preferred
Experience in B2C sales preferred
Background in FMCG sector
