The Production Coordinator provides production support to Senior Production Managers and Producers in the daily operation of TEK Productions, ensuring smooth execution of events and managing various logistical aspects.

Responsibilities
Arranging freelance and vendor supplied crew following a master staffing grid
Provide details, documentation, and communication to include deal memos, compliance requirements, and contractor packets
Provide general show support, including preparation of schedules, venue letters, show related documents, pull-lists, etc., and their continued management
Document standard procedures and guidelines
Support Production Managers and Producers with meeting agendas/notes, tracking of deliverables, and management of deadlines
Completion of proposal or SOW documents in the areas of equipment, labor and schedule specifications
Assist in post-show reconciliation of vendor and crew invoices and client billing paperwork
Interface with vendors to place orders and secure show elements
Arrange travel, hotel rooms, and ground transportation
Perform errands in personal vehicle (mileage is reimbursable)
Available for flexible work schedule, including overtime, nights/weekends and travel
Expected to work virtually and/or remotely on show location
All other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Superb organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to work proactively and independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Proven initiative to complete assignments and meet deadlines
Integrity in maintaining confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs; MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Physical requirements: move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing 30lbs or less; standing or sitting for long periods
Preferred
Working knowledge of Google Drive and Dropbox is a plus
Previous experience as a production coordinator across a diverse field of theatrical, media, entertainment, live event or technical productions is preferred
