Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including good command of the English language; good problem-solving, teamwork, project management, and presentation skills
Excellent customer service skills and decision-making skills
Preferred
