They are looking for a Program Manager of Governance & Risk Initiatives to lead enterprise-wide risk, governance, and control transformation programs while driving large-scale initiatives that enhance organizational risk management and compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate enterprise risk, governance, and control transformation initiatives across business units and functional teams
Manage program milestones, tasks, dependencies, and reporting across large, cross-functional workstreams
Provide regular, executive-level updates on program status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Drive delivery across key risk and compliance domains, such as operational risk, regulatory compliance, financial risk, and data governance
Partner with governance and control leaders to define, design, and operationalize new control management functions aligned with enterprise standards
Foster a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement across program teams
Serve as a central point for sharing best practices, insights, and emerging themes across the organization
Maintain strong documentation and collaboration standards using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and related enterprise tools
Support prioritization, planning, and coordination of multiple concurrent initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in program or project management within regulated, risk, governance, or compliance-driven environments
Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior leaders without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint, including advanced document and collaboration management
Preferred
Experience in financial services, risk management, or regulated industries
Background in product management or operating model design within enterprise environments
Familiarity with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
Certification in risk management, project management, or governance disciplines (e.g., CRMP, PMP, or similar)
Experience interpreting data and producing actionable insights for leadership decision-making
