Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients to build phone confidence and sales fundamentals
Source and qualify talent while learning how recruiting and sales work together
Build and maintain an active pipeline through consistent outbound activity (no reliance on inbound leads)
Learn to handle objections, control conversations, and move opportunities forward
Develop relationship-building skills by understanding client hiring needs and staffing solutions
Track daily activity and performance metrics, including calls, interviews, and outreach goals
Qualification
Required
1+ year of sales experience (cold calling, B2B, inside sales, staffing, or similar)
Comfortable spending much of your day on the phone
Competitive mindset- numbers matter
Confident, direct communicator
Coachable and hungry to grow
Motivated by commission, advancement, and results
