Responsibilities
Assists Supervisor in providing leadership and technical support to assigned personnel
Aids management in creating and maintaining a safe work environment, managing costs and delivering a quality product on time
Performs as a working member of the crew providing additional oversight to ensure work is performed within budgeted time and within the guidelines of all applicable FAA regulations
Helps to manage the daily workflow of the aircraft by providing help with all aspects of the project to include troubleshooting issues as well as problems with customers
Sets accountability expectations for work performance, safety and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Airframe license
Working knowledge of aircraft construction and repair principles
Working knowledge of computer based aircraft maintenance software
Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFT Part 145 repair station operations
Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing
Preferred
Prefer A & P License
Graduate of technical training school
2 years prior experience working with sheet metal and structural repairs in a heavy maintenance /Transport or Regional Jet environment
Prior experience on Boeing 737 Classic & Next Generation Aircraft
Prior experience at a FAR 145 repair station
