Provide technical support for customers on complex card inquiries
Process customer card disputes and requests
Monitor, process, and complete transactions and appropriate documentation per customers request
Monitor electronic communication from multiple digital channels
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of customer service experience required
Successfully pass a credit check required
Preferred
1+ years of bank experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Proficiency with large server based applications and Microsoft Office products preferred
