Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns
Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action
Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations
Fully document each call accordingly
Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in customer service
Proficient typing skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States, as NVR does not provide visa sponsorship
Drug Testing and Credit Check are required
