Responsibilities

Manage teams across several departments within the manufacturing and warehousing facility
Train and evaluate employees based on their work results
Ensure the correct receiving and recording of incoming materials with a 100% count accuracy in SAP
Oversee the completion of Material Request Forms according to demand requirements

Required

Proven experience in supervision and management within manufacturing and warehousing
Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management
Strong understanding of safety protocols and production management
Experience in continuous and process improvement
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a team-oriented environment
