Responsibilities
Monitor asset inventory levels to input into order plan using Power BI or ServiceNow
Collaborate with operations team to understand inventory and consumption
Procure hardware as needed (at minimum monthly)
Issue and receive purchase orders for hardware, vending, printing, and supplies for team
Collaborate on forecast, then report actuals against plan
Monitor IT vending machine consumption and place orders to replenish
Meet with business resources monthly to review spending/plan
Submit capital spend requests and audit the assets ensuring they're placed in service
Qualification
Required
