Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to gather and analyze requirements for software and services monetization
Design, develop, and enhance scalable solutions across the SAP OTC ecosystem and related satellite systems
Review and validate business requirements, process flows, solution designs, and implementation plans
Build and maintain integrations between SAP and external systems supporting OTC processes
Create and maintain high‐level project plans, functional specifications, and technical documentation
Develop and execute unit and integration test plans; coordinate UAT and manage release cycles
Act as the primary liaison between IT and OTC business stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external development teams to deliver scalable custom applications and enhancements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands‐on experience with SAP SD
Deep functional expertise in OTC processes, including Master Data, Order Management, Output Management, EDI, Pricing, Delivery, Inter‐company flows, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
Proven experience building and supporting complex SAP SD pricing procedures, including VOFM routines and User Exits
Basic ABAP debugging skills to understand custom code and identify enhancement points
Experience with large‐scale, multi‐system integrations; exposure to SFDC enterprise solutions is beneficial
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global cross‐functional teams
Self‐driven, detail‐oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‐paced environment
Preferred
Experience with RAR, GTS, or Salesforce (SFDC) is a strong plus
