Tulane University is seeking a Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Academics to support the academic mission of the School of Architecture and Built Environment. This role involves delivering comprehensive academic, programmatic, and administrative support, coordinating essential tasks for effective administration, and ensuring a seamless experience for faculty, students, and staff.

Tracking expenses and processing purchases
Providing logistical support for program- and course-related events and activities

Required

Proven ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse array of constituents

Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite of software, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to proactively identify and complete tasks with minimal direction from manager
Attention to detail and ability to consider the needs of others when planning
Proven ability to learn new technology and systems quickly
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Situational awareness and the ability to anticipate needs, recognize potential issues and adapt priorities based on contextual clues and feedback
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of administrative experience
High school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of administrative experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Canvas, Banner and Concur
Experience in higher education
