VP, M&A Solution Lead

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from initial ideation and requirements gathering to production deployment and post-launch support
Facilitate collaboration among IT, Operations, Compliance, Product, and external partners to ensure unified understanding and alignment on solution objectives
Collaborate with UX to develop detailed journey maps and process flows that capture business requirements, integration points, and user experiences across domains
Partner with Dev Leads, Enterprise, Solution and Infrastructure Architects to architect scalable, robust solutions, including data flows, integration patterns, and technical specifications. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements
Define and document integration points and data contracts between systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and operational readiness. Oversee data migration and remediation efforts as needed
Establish and monitor KPIs for integration success. Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Drive the development and execution of comprehensive E2E test plans, collaborating with quality engineering teams to validate solution integrity and user experience
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Lead post-integration reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects

Required

Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture, integration leadership, or program management roles within large enterprises or consulting environments
Minimum of 3 years experience with M&A integrations, partner onboarding, and large-scale transformation initiatives
Experience with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, and enterprise data management platforms
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Ability to see the big picture, prioritize critical tasks, and solve complex integration challenges rapidly
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data integration, and solution design principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build consensus, manage expectations, and influence outcomes across diverse teams
Experience in mapping business processes, designing data flows, and documenting integration requirements
Deep knowledge of E2E testing strategies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices
Ability to drive change, manage resistance, and ensure adoption of new processes and systems
