New Grad, Entry LevelFamily Farm and Home is a family owned and operated company based out of Michigan. They are seeking a Seasonal Team Member who will provide outstanding customer service and assist with product merchandising and register operations. This role is temporary, effective from February 1st to July 31st, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities
Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards
Contribute to the daily maintenance of the store
Participate in the recovery, execution and proper labeling of products
Complete register training, understand all forms of payment related operations, and assist with the register as needed
Follow all Family Farm and Home and OSHA guidelines for a safe work environment
Conscious of shoplifting activity
Aid customers in locating merchandise in store and on the Family Farm and Home website as well as loading merchandise into vehicles
Supports Family Farm and Home selling initiatives, i.e. loyalty program, private label credit card, item of the month and protection plans
Assist in fulfillment and loadout of BOPIS (Buy Online Pick Up In Store) orders
Assist in the completion of store closing duties
Contributes to a positive working environment for all team members
All other duties as assigned by store management or company official
Qualification
Required
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Basic product knowledge along with a willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Demonstrate a commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction
Strong team player yet able to work independently with minimal supervision
Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members
Knowledge of basic computer systems
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to climb up and down ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs
