Handle a variety of family law matters in all phases of case work and preparation
Draft pleadings, correspondence, motions, and discovery
Conduct legal research
Represent clients in hearings and negotiations, including appearances in San Mateo, Santa Clara, and San Francisco County courts
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school; CA Bar admission in good standing
Minimum 2 years of family law experience (more experience welcome)
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience drafting discovery, motions, and pleadings
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
