FASTSIGNS® Kent is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist business customers with signage and visual communication projects. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, managing multiple projects, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, always with a positive, enthusiastic approach
Prepare estimates, create work orders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
Use HubSpot CRM to track customer interactions, tasks, and opportunities (training provided)
Coordinate closely with production and team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
Build long-term relationships with business and construction clients through proactive, friendly communication
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of customer service, counter sales, or sign experience
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
Masterful multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
Reliable, adaptable, and interested in long-term career growth
