Responsibilities
Facilitate discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision & solution that meet customer and project needs
Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences without deep technical skills
Work with the client and their stakeholders to understand high-level business and technical requirements, to evaluate and propose solutions, to define the right methods to successfully implement desired functionality, and to estimate the work to be done
Research, evaluate, and implement solutions
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years on hands-on Salesforce experience in the following areas:
Salesforce data modeling and configuration
Thorough understanding of the Salesforce Security model
Apex development
Lightning Web Component development (including proficiency with HTML, CSS, JS, and SLDS)
Flow-based automation development
Visual Force Pages
Experience Cloud development
Service Cloud implementation (case management / approval process)
REST-based API integrations
Experience with SAFe, including authoring epics/stories
Strong communication skills (writing and speaking)
Preferred
Familiarity with MuleSoft / API design fundamentals
Familiarity with Salesforce SSO configuration
Experience with Copado DevOps pipelines
Experience with Confluence and JIRA
