They are seeking a dependable and organized Operations Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the company
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deliveries
Maintain and update inventory records; assist with restocking and supply tracking
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials
Support production and fulfilment workflows as needed
Assist with filing, record keeping, and document organisation
Prepare and distribute internal communications or reports as directed
Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as an operations assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with office and scheduling software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
