Responsibilities

Architect and implement new features based on customer requirements and UX design specifications
Address customer technical issues, data fixes, and production bugs as they arise
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing code and features
Provide support to the QA team as needed
Participate in regular stand-ups and an agile work environment

Required

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and awareness of strengths and weaknesses
Knowledge of and/or working experience with relational database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
Strong software knowledge in a high-level programming language (Java, C++)
Experience with front end languages (HTML, CSS, JSP)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while also being a good team player
