Responsibilities

Work with Modifications and Encore leadership to identify offering gaps

Create strategy and roadmap for growth of the Modifications business

Support rapid investigation, identification, testing of potential solutions

Manage a team of product manager ICs, including fostering a healthy team culture

Define new processes to optimize workflows

Represent aftermarket modifications interests in development conversations with BCA

Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to successfully execute and launch new offerings

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a technical discipline
