IT Help Desk Technician
Attractivate Consulting Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to their employees. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with account setups, and providing excellent user support.

Responsibilities
Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
Assist with user account management, including password resets, permissions, and software installations
Maintain IT documentation, including knowledge base articles, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security software
Provide training and guidance to end users on IT tools and best practices
Monitor IT systems and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-oriented with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Preferred
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
