Responsibilities

Rework and repair PCB components using soldering equipment
Perform electrical continuity tests to verify functionality
Inspect PCB assemblies for compliance with IPC‑A‑610 quality standards
Document quality issues and partner with engineering on complex defects
Read and interpret component drawings and electrical schematics
Replace components using lead‑free solder for both SMT and thru‑hole applications

Qualification

Soldering proficiencyPCB rework experienceElectrical diagram interpretationLead-free solderingERP system experienceComputer literacyElectronic assembly experienceHand tools proficiency

Required

Strong soldering and PCB rework proficiency
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and component drawings
Experience with lead‑free soldering (SMT & thru‑hole)
Previous experience reworking various board designs and layouts
Computer literacy; ERP system experience preferred
Experience with electronic assembly and hand tools
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
