Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact as the Boltive technical specialist during pre-sales conversations and solution scoping
Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers
Perform post-sales deployment, configuration, and customization
Use SQL for troubleshooting investigations as well as providing metrics for data-driven storytelling
Be the voice of the customer and report product performance by providing detailed & timely product feedback and feature requests to product management
Manage technical relationships with all players of the ad tech ecosystem including Publishers, SSP's, DSP's, and Ad Exchanges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering or other closely related degrees
2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations
HTML and JavaScript skills
SQL skills
Browser interactions and client-side debugging skills
Knowledge of data privacy regulations, cookies, and network resources
Understanding of Ad Tech ecosystems
Experience supporting mobile applications
Experience providing customer and sales support for SAAS software
Experience understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and defining product development requirements
