Improves public reported data by ensuring its accuracy and integrity through data abstraction, analysis, and reporting
Involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to fully understand the data elements reported
Implement quality improvement projects to improve clinical quality outcomes
Evaluates adherence to compliance standards and maintains documentation for regulatory auditing
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy
Develop dashboards to track metrics

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
Three years related experience
Experience with data analysis and management of clinical databases

Preferred

Master's degree
Related certification and New Jersey license Registered Nurse license
Five years experience in a healthcare environment
