Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects to successful completion
Oversee large, enterprise-scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
Establish and manage roles and responsibilities for project team members and stakeholders
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
Coordinate activities across technical teams, business users, vendors, and leadership
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership
Ensure projects follow established SDLC processes, governance standards, and methodologies
Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and development recommendations
Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT delivery processes
Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven ability to manage large, complex, enterprise-level initiatives
Strong experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience mentoring or leading other Project Managers
Background working in highly regulated or large enterprise environments
