Senior LevelBrown & Brown is seeking a Property & Casualty Client Assistant, SR to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. The Property & Casualty Client Assistant, SR is responsible for providing a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for the Service Team, including managing client requests, organizing filing systems, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
Performs a broad variety of administrative duties and staff support services for an assigned group or manager
Responds to client requests for certificates of insurance or auto id cards
Processes a variety of confidential information and documents
Organizes filing systems, answers phone, prepares correspondence and assembles documents, processes incoming and outgoing mail
Orders office supplies, schedules meetings, and maintains calendars for assigned area
May coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements
Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
College degree (preferred)
Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated administrative, secretarial, and clerical skills
Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software
Familiarity with various software applications and the ability to learn new software systems
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Good verbal and written communication skills and good grammatical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven commitment to high quality customer service
