Responsibilities
Develop and deliver RBS models utilizing Opus Suite (OPUS10 and SIMLOX) in accordance with Navy standards
Perform data mining, data analysis, engineering modeling, and simulation for assigned projects
Assemble and analyze input data from Navy logistics systems (DECKPLATE, ReMAD, OARS, and MBPS/Windchill)
Retrieve and analyze provisioning, maintenance, and material management data to identify onboard spare candidates
Build and validate Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD) and Functional Block Diagrams (FBD) for system modeling
Present comprehensive system analyses and recommendations for model parts candidacy
Prepare and deliver model results, reports, and documentation to NSLC and stakeholders
Collaborate with program managers, subject matter experts, and other team members to ensure quality and compliance
Support customer meetings, briefings, and technical reviews as required

U.S. Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance – existing clearance is highly desired
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics modeling, reliability engineering, or data analysis (additional years preferred for senior roles)
Minimum of 3 years Experience with OPUS Suite (OPUS, SIMLOX) or similar Monte Carlo simulation/modeling tools
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and technical documentation
Familiarity with Navy logistics systems (DECKPLATE, ReMAD, OARS, MBPS/Windchill) is highly desirable
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
Prior experience with OPUS Suite (OPUS, SIMLOX) is highly desired
Prior experience supporting Navy or DoD logistics, engineering, or RBS projects
Experience with reliability engineering, maintenance analysis, and lifecycle logistics
